A two building complex with a separate reception room built in a quiet place 300m away from the sandy beach AMMES of SVORONATA village and 9 km south of ARGOSTOLI- the capital of the island. In a distance of one to five kilometres there are 4 more beautiful sandy beaches- such as Avithos- Ai Helis and Minies.
Additionally the bay of Agia Pelagia one km away provides a safe anchorage for yachts and fishing boats. Each of the two buildings has 3 luxury furnished apartments Maisonettes- 4 to 6 persons- with individual entrance and large verandas overlooking the colourful garden. Each one consists of two bedrooms- W.C /shower and living room with a full equipped kitchenette fridge- oven etc. The complex is built in a 4000m2 colourful garden with local and tropical plans and birds. Private shady parking- children's playground- barbeque and showers of hot/cold water are available in the garden. Also 3 mini-markets and 8 taverns restaurants are in our vicinity. All of the surrounding area offers for facilities for sports and hobbies- such as walking- running- cycling- beach volley ball- windsurfing- fishing and diving. All the apartments are equipped with TV / teletext- telephone- safety box- fans and fax facilities at the reception room. The complex is built in a 4000m2 colourful garden with local and tropical plans and birds.
