This apartment complex is located in an area of Los Realejos, approximately 4 km from the nearest beach and Puerto de la Cruz. The regular bus service to the latter is included in the price, and runs 5 days a week. Plenty of shops as well as good connections to the public transport network are within walking distance.

This apartment complex consists of a total of 131 apartments spread over 3 floors. Within the main building is a lobby with a 24-hour reception, Internet access and a hotel safe (additional fee applies). Facilities include a bar, a lounge with TV corner and a restaurant. The hotel also offers access to a sizeable, 4,000 m2 garden.
