Position: The sandy beach it's just 900 mt away from the hotel.HOW TO REACH THE RESIDENCE:To reach our Residence you must take the highway S.S. 195 towards Santa Margherita di Pula, passing every driveway of Pula and go on ahead. Drive along the highway and at the 33th kilometer you will see from about 20 meters on the left, a petrol station “Tamoil” then a little further along the highway you can find a side road with palm trees and a road sign “Costa dei Fiori Hotel” with near our logo rock, take this driveway and after 500 meters on the right, you will find us. Rooms: Two-roomed apartment for 2/4 pax (not extra infant): it's made up of living room, bed room, terrace or patio, the beds could be singles bed or double beds, bath room with shower or bath tube, park view or pool view.Cooking area: no oven, no dishwasher, no washing machine, no freezer. More Informations: THE PRICES INCLUDE (2009):- use of -water, -light, -gas, bed linen and bath linen.- use of swimmin pool (with sea water) equipped with sun umbrella and sun bed (limited availability).- parking.THE PRICES NOT INCLUDE (2009) these services have to be paied directly on spot:- obligatory final cleaning: 50 euro for each apartment.- deposit: 150 euro.- cooking corner, if the tourists don't clean it there will be a penalty to pay: 100 euro.- air conditioning: 80 euro per week.- baby cot: 40 euro per week.- bed linen or bath linen extra change: 15 euro per person.- extra cleaning of the apartment: 15 euro each hour.- small pets, not admitted in the common areas: 80 euro each pet.ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES:Check in from 15.00 to 19.00.Late Arrivals: penalty of 150 euro.
