The residence consists of a 2-storey main building with four 2-storey neighbouring buildings and a total of 18 apartments. Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours, safes, a currency exchange desk and a public Internet terminal. The hotel also features a small supermarket, shops, a playground, a TV room, a games room and a bicycle storage room. The special features of the complex include a restaurant serving delicious cuisine (with highchairs and air conditioning), a nightclub and a cosy bar. A dining room is additionally available.
