Balzac Hotel's room was absolutely beautiful and it feels like your in your own palace. The service was excellent and everyone spoke English. The concierge was extremely helpful and also provided us with wonderful restaurants. We loved the decor of the room as well as the elegant marble bathroom with a bidet built into the toilet. "Excellent hotel"
My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in mid September this year, the staff were courteous and helpfull, the room was excellent with a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Only 5 minute walk to the Arc de Triumph. We highly recommend the hotel

"old style very elegant hotel"
The hotel had the old worlc feel. Very nice, family friendly. Beautiful breakfast. Atmosphere was wonderful. You could sit for hours. Rooms were very comfortable and what a beautiful bathroom. I will stay there again. So close to Champls Elysee.

Aside from the convenient location the hotel was charming, the rooms were very clean and the service was terrific. I enjoyed my stay and would return
