This complex lies just 300 m from the nearest beach. Scores of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and public transport are to be found in the vicinity and the hotel is about 25 km from the airport.

The complex consists of a 5-storey building with a total of 47 apartments. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe, a lift and a cafe.
