"Exquisite Resort"
We stayed in the Banyan tree for 4 nights after moving from the Merlin Beach resort. The Banyan tree is the most beautiful resort we have ever been to and we always stay 5 star however this place was well beyond our expectations. The accomodation was amazing with our own private courtyard and spa. The rooms were unique and spacious and equiped with everything you would ever need. The buggy service was also exceptional and it would never be any trouble rain or shine to drive us to wherever we needed to go. The service at the Banyan tree is always more than you ask for and we were constantly surprised by the level of care that was shown. The pool was also a great feature. The Sanya Rak dinner cruise is highly recommended and as with all the food at the resort is unbelieveable.

"One of the best hotels in Asia"
We stayed at this excellent hotel earlier this year and we absolutely loved it. The hotel offers the highest possible service and the units at the Banyan Tree Phuket resort are just out of this world. If you can afford it then you should definitely consider staying at this excellent resort.

"Felt so spoiled!"
As a treat to ourselves for the last leg of our trip my husband and I splurged for two nights at this incredible resort. It was known to us because of its amazing reputation and it was the perfect way to end our fantastic trip.
Because it was rainy season and because it was our 1st year anniversary we were upgraded before we arrived from a lagoon villa (no pool) to a plunge pool villa. When we arrived we were informed we were upgraded again to a pool villa and we were thrilled!
The hotel grounds have an understated minimalist beauty not especially Thai looking but beautiful nonetheless. The lobby is open air with glass walls with pools surrounding the building. You are transported from the lobby to your villa by golf cart. When we entered the villa we were awe struck. It was beautifully decorated with elegant Thai touches. Our incredible platform bed looked out to the private pool and raised sala. The bathroom was amazing huge shower, outdoor bathtub, long hallway of closets and two sinks.
It rained almost the entire stay but we didn’t mind a bit. We relaxed, read, watched movies, took baths in the rain and swam. We even continued on with the in villa BBQ in the pouring rain and it didn’t matter a bit. We ate in our sala and the experience was totally romantic.
We both also enjoyed a massage at their amazing spa and again the rain just added to the beautiful ambiance.
The breakfast buffets in the morning were by far the best that we had the entire trip. The mango with sticky rice was a great way to finish off the meal.
Our entire stay at this hotel was like a dream and I hope to one day do it all again.
