Barcelo Jandia Mar Hotel is located 600 metres from Jandia Beach on the south of Fuerteventura island, two km from Morro Jable.

"No Complaints or problems"
I'm a travel agent and i would recommend this hotel to any of my customers.
Stayed at the Barcelo Jandia Mar from 6th Jan 07 for 7 nights. Had a fantastic holiday. Food was good, with plenty of choice, salads, pasta's, soups, stew, fish, meat, potatoes... etc etc. Breakfast serves a good choice of hot and cold dishes too.
Food in the snack bar is fine, again hot or cold available.
The staff work exceptionally hard and are polite. None of the staff around the hotel were rude in anyway.
The drinks that are on tap are good quality. Who really cares if you drink from paper/plastic/glass cups?? ITS FREE and you can have as many as you want.
The rooms are spacious and the shower is bliss! Ok so the walls are thin, but its a hotel not a detached house. How much time do you really spend in the room?!
People who find things to moan about obviously don't go on holiday for a break away. Its sad that they have nothing better to do, than rant about a hotel that has nothing wrong with it at all.
All in all poss the best holiday i've had away
I would not hesitate in going back.

"go to this hotel no worries"
hotel excellent .staff very friendly,we had a room in the main block which was good clean and spacious.Food good and drink as much as you want.very good value for money you get what you pay for.Hill not that steep,ten minute walk to local shops and a couple of bars and restaurants.goats entertaining crossing the road opposite the hotel.Mini golf good fun.Oasis park worth a visit just for the camel ride!!!!!!!!!! one foot note beware no handrails on the outside stairs in the grounds.all in all a very enjoyable week..

"Great break at a lovely hotel"
We went to the Jandia Mar from March 7 to 14. Second time we have been to this hotel. Comfortable and relaxing and with a nearby beach that is wide, clean and with refreshing Atlantic rollers. Can be a bit windy at times so if you do venture down to Matorral beach it may be worth investing in a couple of sunbeds and a shade - nine euros per day. Staff at the Jandia Mar are very friendly. Make the effort to try a little bit of Spnish and it is appreciated. Bar staff work very hard so we gave the odd tip. Food is excellent. And if you are away from the hotel during the day order a picnic the night before. Weather was excellent - two days out of six with cloud the rest beautiful. You just can't believe that within four hours of UK at this time of year you can be in 25 degree heat. Take a taxi to Morro Jable and walk around the little harbour. Jandia Mar and beach a great place to chill.
