The hotel is situated in the Spanish province of Huelva, directly on a beautiful sand beach on the Atlantic Ocean, close to the nature conservation park Los Enebrales. The centre of the 5,000-strong population Punta Umbria is located around 500 m from the hotel. Seville's airport is around 95 km away and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot.

The up market hotel was opened in 2001 and comprises a total of 296 double rooms. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, small supermarket, boutique, souvenir shop, hairdresser and lift. There is also a bar and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with non-smoking area available for use. Furthermore, there is a public Internet terminal to be used within the hotel, and a children's play area. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage facilities. A laundry service completes the offer.The Spa is not free. It is considered an extra service directly payable on site.
