"Great hotel" We stayed in Barcelona for three nights, we got to the hotel which is very conveniently located for the shops restaurants etc, there is a great Tapas bar just down the street which was recommended to us by the hotel recption. Breakfast is very expensive and although it is a nice buffet, the selection isn't all tat great. The rooms are very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, as is the bathroom. My only fault would be that the lighting is very soft so the room almost verges on being a little dark! There is a large roof terrace with gym and hot tubs. I would definately stay here again, its close enough to be handy for all amenities (longish walk or short cab ride) and quiet too.

"5-star room at 3-star prices" Well, the reviews are right on this one! After staying in numerous hotels throughout europe, this one was a great place to end the trip. We paid the least, but got the most. At just over 100 euros, this room offered a comfy bed, huge, modern, clean washroom, tons of in-room space for luggage and big windows. The staff were really helpful and the roof-top jacuzzi (we didn't use it b/c we were too busy) looked great! The breakfast was too expenisve for us, but we just walked to local coffee shops for a bite to eat. Great tapas bar down the road. Make sure to treat yourself to a pitcher of sangria on your trip. The perfect refreshing treat to end a day of busy sightseeing. This city has so much going on!!

"A gorgeous hotel" The Barcelona Centre Hotel is an amazing hotel, boasting a great location. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the main sites and shopping areas. The interior of the hotel has been tastefully designed and finished in boutique style, giving a feel of luxury and quality throughout. The attention to detail such as floral arrangements and extravogant fabrics add a touch of elegance. We loved the large bedroom with the huge bed, and although the hotel is in the heart of the city, the brilliant soundproof glazing meant we didn't hear a sound! The visit to the roof terrace is a must! The staff at the hotel were brilliant! Helpful, friendly and professional at all times, and always assisted with our queries. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of cold and hot foods. To summarise, if visiting Barcelona, we would highly recommend this hotel to all! We couldn't fault the Barcelona Centre Hotel.
