"Great Hotel, Wonderful Service, Fabulous Location"
Room #49, Junior Suite, large, super balcony, large bath. The room is the one feature on website with Green Stipe decor. Hotel is in a great location. We never heard a sound even through it is located on a busy street. The breakfast was superb. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The room is very large. We had a double for a few hours to shower upon arrival. This room was also nice, however much smaller with a small bath. Did have a small balcony overlooking the side street. My only complaint ,which is minor, terry robes need to be replace. I would definitely use this hotel again. I have pics of both rooms please email if you would like to see them.

"Pleasant stay again"
We stayed in the Barocco Hotel during the weekend of 17 March when we were in Rome for the rugby. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel and once again we were not disappointed. Although somewhat unobstrusive, the Barocco is ideally situated at the Piazza Barberini, just round the corner from the Via Veneto and about 7 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps. The rooms are an adequate size and pleasantly furnished - and a great range of bathroom toiletries is supplied! Lovely breakfasts too! Everywhere is spotlessly clean. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this boutique hotel particularly for its location and the pleasant and helpful staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. It is best suited to couples or people travelling alone.

"Best boutique hotel in Roe"
Just returned from a three day trip to Rome and I cannot say enough about the Barocco hotel. Excellent rooms, a very clean and comfortable hotel. So close to everything and the reception was very friendly and helpful. They helped me arrange a birthday surprise and had a birthday cake delivered in the room. Also made restaurant reservations for us before our arrival since I could not contact the hotel via email. The breakfast was very good and staff spoke english. Many thanks to everyone at Barocco hotel for a dream stay.

"wonderful hotel, great location"
Just got back from a 6 night stay. The room we stayed in (#21) was really nice, comfortable, with a very large bathroom for European standards. The only thing I didn't like was the air conditioning didn't work very well. for some reason the room was hot. It was relatively cool out so i slept with the windows open, but, very noisy. I can see this could be a problem in the summertime, since it can get up to 90 degrees and high humidity. The front desk and other workers were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. They are especially friendly towards Americans because, under my observation, were the only ones who tipped the waiters. Breakfast was OK, not great, but, has a good variety of food and outstanding coffee. Location was amazing. you can walk almost anywhere. The one thing I was confused about before going, was the internet fees. It cost 8 euros per half hour, IF you rent their laptop. But, if you have your own laptop with wireless capability, you can purchase internet time through an outside company. 5 Euros for five hours, can't be beat and worked great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and would definitely return.
