This is a brand new community of 4-bedroom town homes. The community has a large clubhouse, which features an on-site concierge, and also includes a staffed gated entry, formal garden areas and a 10-acre lake. This is a nice alternative to the standard hotel experience.

Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from our Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for your villa you will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for your villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to your booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed.
