Bellevue, a two star hotel, which was entirely renovated in June 2003, has 36 spacious and comfortable rooms, each equipped with shower or bathroom facilities, all providing top of the range functional and quality service to its clients. The street neighbourhood is very quiet at night. Hotel Bellevue is well located at the bottom of the famous butte Montmartre, with several restaurants, museums, art galleries in the immediate surroudings. In addition, it is next to the Funiculaire, an areal lift which takes you up to the famous basilica of the Sacré Coeur and the place du Tertre, where on can find painters, poets and artists.
This beautiful area which could be called the Soho of Paris, was used for the shooting of the famous movie "The fabulous destiny of Amélie Poulain". It has been for the last hundred years the home of the most famous impressionist artists such as Pissaro, Manet, and other famous actors and entertainers. |

Bellevue Hotel is located just 3 minutes away from Metro Anvers, which has a direct connection to Gare du Nord (about 7 minutes), which itself has also a direct connection to Eurodisney by train and to London by Eurostar. Finally it is also about 15 minutes from Place de L'Etoile on the Champs Elysées and 25 minutes from Opéra.

"This is a good hotel"
We booked this hotel because it is near to my son's flat in Paris.
There were 5 of us and we had a double and a triple room. We stayed 3 days.
The accomodation was clean, comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was good.
This is officially a 3 star hotel. I do think that overrates it.
A nd if you paid full price it would not be good value. But at internet prices I think it is a fine place to stay. I certainly did not find anything to justify the extreme criticisms of other articles.

"we enjoyed it very much"
My husband, myself and my parents stayed at the bellevue for three nights and found the hotel very clean.There were fresh towels and toilletries everyday and nicely made beds.
The room was a little small but what do you expect its just a place to lay your head.
The staff were really nice and if we asked for something they would see to it straight away.
The breakfast was nice and the coffee too.
It was Valentines day so going around Paris was so romantic,
We would definately go back and stay at the hotel again.

"good budget hotel"
This is a budget hotel in Paris. Rooms have recently been renovated and are clean and bright. Hotel facilities are basic - no restaurant or bar, but the location is superb. It's at the bottom of Montmartre hill - close to the funicular, and there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. It's about 10 minutes walk from Gare du Nord and a few minutes from two different Metro stations.
All in all a good base for exploring Paris.
