"Comfortable and Convenient"
Hotel is conveniently located:
1. Monorail stops right outside hotel
2. Attached to Huge Shopping Mall
3. Walking distance from Electronics Shopping District
4. 10 Minute ride to China Town
Hotel Suite was very clean and like the use of white sheets and comforter versus those old fashion tacky spread used by western hotels. Best of all was the hotel's breakfast - tremendously global selection - western, chinese, indian european.

"Great Stay--Can't Understand the Complaints"
Here on business, my hosts booked this hotel for me. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit concerned about the hotel. Upon arriving and seeing my room, I was thrilled. True, the kitchen area was not stocked, but the room, actually a small suite, is large, nicely furnished, and quite elegant. The king-sized bed gave me the best sleep of my trip to Asia. High speed internet access was fast and reliabel. The staff have been helpful in every sense of the word. The included breakfast buffet, while unchanging from day to day provides more than sufficient choice. It is a bit unusual to travel to the 14th floor to check into a hotel, but really not terribly inconvenient. I would definitely consider this hotel for a return trip any time.

"Pleasant stay and great location!"
I was skeptical about staying at this hotel after reading all the negative reviews. However, I decided to give it a try because of the unbeatable price for a 1 bedroom suite and for the location. I also liked the photos of the huge swimming pool.
I travel to Kuala Lumpur once or twice a year. I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton, many times at the Parkroyal, the Mandarin Oriental, the Marriott and the Westin, all were much more expensive and the rooms are much smaller!
When I checked in with my toddler, it was confusing because the check in lobby is on the 14th floor. We had to take the elevator up to the 14th floor and leave our luggage with the bellman on the 1st floor. Once we have checked in, everything was perfect. The staffs at the front desk were very accommodating and efficient. Especially Michelle who was at Customer's Relation, she was very helpful in locating a suite for me that has direct high speed internet access. Not all the suites there have direct internet access. The suite that we got was a Premier Suite that consist of a king size bedroom, a seperate living room with a dining area, a good size bathroom with a shower room and a bath tub. The toilet is a seperate room with a bidet and sink which is perfect when you have to entertain many families and friends in your room. There is also a small kitchen but with no cooking facilities. I have paid much more for the Premier Suite at Parkroyal and it was not as spacious.
We enjoyed the pool. It was very nice and children friendly.
I also threw a birthday party for my son at the Big Apple Restaurant for High Tea. It turned out to be great. The staffs made extra effort to decorate the area with balloons and party treat. The High Tea cuisine was superb and the price was very reasonable, only about $11 per person for all you can eat, beverages and desserts. The buffet breakfast was not as good as I would have expected. I think that it would be better if more varieties and changes are offered daily.
For the price, you really cannot complain. Besides, it is an excellent hotel especially for families and if you have visitors, it is perfect for entertaining with the seperate living room and dining area. You cannot beat the location either. I would stay there again.
