"Not just a great location..."
This was my second stay at the Best Western Grant Park. All of the staff we encountered were polite, respectful and very knowledgable about the city. Even the valet who parked my car was a gem! When I forgot my camera and he went back to look for it and couldn't find it; he brought the car back down to the street for me to search it out. Our room was great, clean and comfortable. A little bit of a view (the first time I was there I stayed on the Columbia College side of the building and got to watch some dancers warming up -- how voyeuristic -- and fun!). All in all a great experience and a great deal!
