"Very nice hotel, great location"
I spent one night here with my husband and enjoyed our stay. It's a short walk from the central train station and from Buenos Aires (the big shopping street for Milan). Lots of great ethnic restaurants nearby and the receptionist offered suggestions on a few. The room was neat and decently-sized. I had no problems with the breakfast, as reported in another review.

"a quiet refuge!"
This is a very efficient but unpretentious business hotel. Our room, nonetheless, had a certain amount of charm -- and was very quiet. The hotel is located on a residential street -- but is close to the metro system (three streets away) in an area with a number of very good Michelin restaurants. The railway station is also relatively nearby (about a ten-minute walk). So for a large and bustling city like Milan, we found this hotel to be a quiet refuge for a week's stay.

"Good value, quiet and comfortable rooms"
Spent a long weekend in Milan and booked the hotel through the Best Western site. Got a great weekend special rate for a superior room with breakfast. Our room was quiet, clean and while on the small side, met all of our needs, since we spent very little time there, other than sleeping.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The free internet access was also a plus, since it allowed us to confirm our flight before we went to the airport.
The buffet breakfast had a good selection of fruit, meats and cheeses and some great local breads. The only drawback was that it ended at 10am on the weekends. Staff were not happy that most of the guests arrived just before 10am on Saturday and Sunday.
While not in the center of Milan, the hotel is in an interesting neighbourhood. We found two good local restuarants, that were good value. It is also an easy walk to the main rail station and the Duomo.
