"Everything & More!" We arrived at the hotel before mid-day and were given our keys immediately. The reception staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful as were all of the Restaurant staff. The room was large and very clean and contained a safe at no extra cost. Breakfast was a buffet and had a large variety which was helpful to me as I am a vegetarian. Our room were very warm and comfortable. Ample essentials were provided in the bathroom which was extremely helpful as we had been limited by the airline as to how much liquid/cream toileteries we could take. All in all, we would like to stay at this hotel again. There were many places to eat and beautiful cake/coffee shops!

"Everything you need!" If you are looking for an excellent place to stay while visiting Vienna, Harmonie hotel is the place to go. It is placed at the edge of city center..no traffic noise can enter your room..and anything you want to see in Vienna it is easy to get from that position.Staff of the hotel is very nice, friendly atmosphere is in the air..rooms are clean. When coming to Vienna by train, just take tram "D" which will take you directly near the hotel..and later on, you can use the same tram for visiting Viennas "places to see" One night at the hotel (room for two) costs between 55-60 euros per person. If I went back to Vienna again, I would stay in Harmonie! Have a nice time!

"Good value" Clean and very comfortable rooms. Our room (a triple) was quite large. Friendly and very helpful staff. Very nice breakfast area with some sidewalk tables. Safe neighborhood that is a short walk to the tram. We would stay there again.

"A worthy 5 * rated hotel" I have stayed at some of the finest 5* hotels in London , Asia , Europe , and North America and the Okura is amongst the best. I stayed for a 4 day break in a deluxe room and could not fault the staff service , facilities , or food. Room - Excellent - wanted for nothing and very clean Service - Easily worthy of 5* rating - couldnt do enough to help Location - A little out of the city but not a problem. Gym and pool - first class facilities Food - Excellent choice from Michelin cuisine to snacks If I had to criticise anything , it would be the main reception - looks a little old and needs modernising , but was probably stunning when new. The hotel has a number of suites at various levels and prices and so can suit everyone.

"Loved the Okura" Stayed from the 26-28 oct and loved the hotel, check in was 2pm we arrived about 9.30 and was let into our room straight away. The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic, yes it is expensive for breakfast, but when you stay in a 5* hotel what do you expect, also try out the french restaurant on the 23rd floor, very nice. would definatly stay here again and would recommend it to everyone (and im very fussy!!!)

clean & confort a very clean & confortable hotel in the center of Wien. Not 4 stars , just 3+(my opinion). Old building, but in good shape, very friendly stuff.The breakfast is typically germanic, very good and plaintfully. A good opsion for Wien.
