This hotel is centrally located between Schonefeld Airport (some 7 km away) and the city centre (around 14 km away), as well as about 5 km from the Estrel Festival Centre and some 17km from the ICC. The hotel enjoys good transport connections to the city centre and the cultural centre as well as the popular destinations of Spreewald and Potsdam.

The city airport hotel comprises 80 comfortable rooms on 6 floors, including 2 non-smoking floors. Guests are welcomed in a lobby area with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a lift, a cafe, a bar, a TV lounge, a restaurant and WLAN Internet access. This business hotel also offers banqueting facilities which may be adapted and decorated to perfectly suit guests' needs whether for a conference, an exhibition or a private party. All banqueting facilities enjoy plenty of daylight and have separate access to the terrace. For an additional fee, guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services and the car park.From Schonefeld Airport: take Bus 171 from directly in front of the main terminal, getting off at the stop ZadekstraSSe. The hotel is on the other side of the street. Journey time is about 15 minutes. By car: from the north. Take the A100 towards 'Flughafen Schonefeld', exit at Buschkrugallee. Turning right into Buschkrugallee, drive straight ahead, until Buschkrugallee turns into Rudower Chaussee. The hotel is on the right. From the south, take the A113 towards 'Berlin-Mitte' and take the exit 'Flughafen Schonefeld', turn right into Waltersdorfer Chaussee, continue straight over Neukollnerstrasse into Rudowerstrasse. The hotel is on the left.
