"A good litle hotel" Situated in a quiet suburb of Paris (5eme arrondissement). Our room was small (on the 6th floor) but comfortable and clean. The bathroom facilities were excellent. The hotel lobby / lounge / bar areas were all welcoming. clean and with a good standard of decoration. Staff were very friendly and helpful - all English speakers Breakfast was served in the basement. A good with selection of breads / pastries / cereals etc Location is 5 minutes walk from 2 metro stations and 10 minutes from and RER station with a direct line to the Gare du Nord (Eurostar Terminal) 5 minutes walk from Rue Mouffetard which has a lot good quality value for money restaurants Recommended

"Great Wee Place" Just back from Paris, having stayed at this 3 star hotel. It was a present to us and booked by someone else. Having read the mixed reviews, i was a bit daunted, but i'm pleased to say we really enjoyed it. We arrived late (about 11:30pm) and had no trouble getting booked in. The room was small and nothing fancy, but it was very clean and quite quiet which is always a plus. The window overlooked a rear courtyard. I found breakfast great, continental. This may not suit everybody, but there was everything from cereal, yougurts, fresh coffee, meats? toast, fruit juice. You could just help yourself and it was in a nice converted cellar. No probs with heat in the room as mentioned before. The staff were very helpful, even making sure we had transport booked to the airport for our trip home which was half the cost of what the taxi was from the airport (55 euros!!). Anyway, some reviews here don't reflect the fact that this is a 3 star hotel. It serves it's purpose and i wouldn't hesitate to return.
