"definitely come back"
Stayed for 19 days at this hotel and had a wonderful relaxing time.
I'm glad we went in low season, no fight for beds or queues for meals which were all excellent. I ate Thai food and never had an upset stomach once, nor did my husband.
Stayed in one of the villas and it was great. Sheets changed daily unless you put out a card. Towels always changed daily. Staff so friendly and nothing to much trouble. I usually decline to return somewhere but this place tempts me to break that pattern. The massages beside the beach are excellent value. We had 6 massages between us and paid less for all of them, than one massage at home.

"A hidden Gem.."
We stayed here for 2 nights on the final leg of our holiday, originally booking at its sister hotel Kamala beach Resort, and ended up here by accident. Too much building and noise at other property and asked staff if we could move too their other property. It was no problem and we were wisked away very soon after.
We were so surprised , Bangtao beach is gorgeous and the hotel was also beautiful. Right on the beach,Fantastic pool ... As good a s many hotels a south of island but cheaper.Extremly quiet to other areas of Phuket and did feel a little isolated. Stayed in a family villa which ia away from the main section and if I did it again I would stay closer to pool and beach. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was adequate and enogh choices.
Being low season a lot of restaurants around us were closed but we were only there for 2 nights. It is definantly a lot quieter , no tuk tuks or ATMs and of course were running out of money. Had shopping to finish off, so taxis are very expensive from here. If you need a very relaxing holiday this is the place. Just wished we had done this at the beginning of the trip and not the end. We would of stayed in Patong to finish off our shopping but we wanted to see what the north of the Island has and it is beautiful...

"good value budget hotel"
we booked with BW website direct. Got a sea facing double for 60 USD a day with breakfast.
The location is in a quiet spot in Phuket. The hotel is neat and service polite. It is basic but the best part is right outside there are great massage parlors and nice cheap restaurants.You save a lot!
The beach access is neat and clean and the hotel has nice pools.
The staff doesn,t speak good English but that is a wide problem in Thailand.
