Great Find!
We stayed at the Best Western after finding dissapointment at another hotel in Downtown Vancouver. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful and welcome. The best thing about this hotel is that is in a great location in town for the beach and is only a short distance from stanley park. We found a great italian Romanos Bar and Grill which is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Do not be put off by the name, the resturant is set in what appears to be an old manor house surrounded by a pretty garden. Home made food and great service, well worth the short walk.

Best Western Sands by the Sea: "Nice little find."
We were quite happy to find this hotel.
Made a great jumping off point for our visit to Vancouver, loved that it was walking distance from Stanley Park!
Would have preferred a slightly larger lobby, but our rooms were large, clean and airy.
Wonderful, down-to-earth staff and service made our stay that much better -- thank you!!
