This hotel is situated in the tourist area of Playa del Ingles, not far from the town centre and about 100 metres from the nearest beach. Guests will find a variety of bars, pubs and nightclubs within the immediate vicinity. The public transport network is easily reached on foot.

Built in 1970 and renovated in 2002, the 7-storey hotel has a total of 469 rooms. This includes 7 singles and 462 doubles. The hotel lobby offers a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift and a cafe. Additional facilities include a bar, a newspaper stand, a games room, a TV room, a nightclub, shops and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area (highchairs are available for younger guests). A bicycle storage facility, a children's playground, a kids' club and a public Internet terminal with wireless access are also available to guests. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel's car park Laundry services as well as medical assistance, round off the hotel's amenities on offer.
