The Biasutti Hotels were built at the beginning of this century and are divided in 3 Villas, liberty style, linked together by wide, green and flowered terraces. Two buildings named Villa Adria-Urania and Nora form the main Hotel of 4 stars, the 3rd building, Villa Ada, is the 3-star Annex. The Biasutti family is still the owner of this property and since the born of the Villas, the family have continued to renovate and improve them every year, retaining their original character.

Venice Lido is the extension of the magical city of Venice and stretches for 11 Kilometres between the Adriatic Sea and the lagoon. World known for its kilometres of gold very fine sandy beach with the most complete bathing structures, since the beginning of the century it has been an island of peerless natural beauty, of society life, culture and sport.

The Gran Viale of S.M. Elisabetta, the main Avenue, it's the meeting point for shopping, restaurants and bars and the long walks and the bicycle tours are the symbols of real relaxation and discover of Lido's nature beauty. Golf (18 holes) and tennis, swimming, sailing and riding are only a few of the pleasures here available. The world famous and enchanting Venice and its artistical and historical heart, St Mark's Square, are easily reachable in 10 minutes by waterbus from Lido main boat station, by a regular service all day and night.

The Biasutti Hotels are perfectly located between the Venetian lagoon and the Adriatic Sea, in a quite green Avenue, surrounded by trees and flowers.

The Biasutti Hotels Venice stands between the lagoon and the sea in a residential area of Lido Venice. The hotels is at only 10 minutes away from San Marco Square, reachable by Ferry or Vaporetto (Waterbus) departing every 10 minutes during the day and every 20 minutes during the night.

* Biasutti offers accommodation up to 69 rooms, with the possibility to reserve standard or superior single rooms, twin rooms, double bedded rooms, three-bedded rooms, family rooms and connecting rooms.

* All rooms have been elegantly furnished with bath or shower, colour-TV, minibar, hairdryer, air conditioning and direct dial telephone, 220 volts electricity. Some rooms are equipped with private safe.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
