* Biltmore Hotel Coral Gables has an 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course designed by Donald Ross. Instruction is available at the adjacent John Pallot Golf Academy. 10 tennis courts are available and lawn bowling is offered on a lawn court (instruction available).

* The Biltmore's 23,000-square-foot pool has a 23-foot waterfall and is flanked by cabanas. The pool is located in a courtyard with lush landscaping of Canary palms, bougainvillea, and hibiscus.

* The 15,000-square-foot fitness center offers free weights; Cybex machines; and a wide range of classes including Pilates, yoga, and body sculpting. Personal trainers are also available.
