"Comfortable, stylish, perfect"
I have stayed here, even though i live in Birmingham, it was a present from a friend. A wonderful, warm, comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and i loved it. I would recommend The Birmingham Marriott to anyone.

"Fantastic staff"
Stayed at the Marriot over the weekend with work colleagues as we had a deadline to meet and therefore needed somewhere central with meeting facilities available. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left all the staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. They recommended restaurants, booked the tables and taxis and generally looked after us very well. Yes, i suppose it is what you should expect, but don't always get. I would definately stay at the Marriot if i was to visit Birmingham again.

"A wonderful hotel"
Our room was very large and of the standard you would expect from this type of hotel. The restaurant serves excellent food. The bar area was modern and the staff were attentive. It's a good location as it is away from all the noise of the bars along Broad Street, but still within easy walking distance.

"Excellent Staff"
We were in Birmingham last Saturday night during the evacuation of the city. Our own hotel was evacuated and the Marriott was fully booked but, nevertheless, the staff opened up the conference room to those of us who were stranded and did not know the city. They provided us with tea, coffee, water etc and, as the night wore on, with blankets so that we could try to get some sleep. In what was a horrible situation, the wonderful staff at this hotel made us as comfortable as possible and really went above and beyond the call of duty - especially considering the fact that we were not guests at the hotel. Cannot praise them enough.
