This hotel lies by the sea, in the exclusive, private area of Bahia Feliz near San Augustin. Guests are 15 minutes away from Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles, offering a large range of bars, shops, leisure facilities and restaurants as well as an attractive nightlife. It is a complex, in which sun and vegetation join to make it an ideal location for guests' stay.

The air-conditioned hotel includes 6 floors, including 11 suites, 3 wheelchair accessible rooms and 144 apartments. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and lift. Also to be found within the rooms are a cafe, a newspaper kiosk, a boutique, a supermarket, a bar, a TV room and Internet access. Guests are also able to enjoy La Hacienda's delicious cuisine, offered from the a la carte restaurant. Guests may also make use of the laundry service, medical assistance and launderette (fees apply). Younger guests may enjoy letting off steam in the play area or in the kids club. Use of a car park is also available as well as the bicycle rental.
