Located in the hotel’s central atrium. À la carte breakfast/brunch café open daily from early to late morning. Specialising in hearty breakfasts, gourmet coffee, and fine Australian fare.

* Water Bar:

Listed among the Top Ten Bars in the World by Condé Nast Traveler in 2003. Bathed in light from small tea-light candles and outfitted with rich brown lounge chairs, oversized ottomans, and cushions, with splashes of red and lavender, and clever functional-art screens positioned between some settings.
