The hotel is situatd in a quiet residential area, yet also in a central location in the resort of Marmaris, only 400m from Marmaris Beach and 5 km from Icmeler Beach. It is just a stone s throw to a selection of local restaurants, shops and markets, and only 10 minutes walk to major supermarkets and department stores. The city centre, bazaar area shopping centre, Marmaris castle and the marina are only 1.5 km away. There is a bank and an exchange office 1km away, as well as the Marmaris cinema. Dalaman airport is approximately 1.5 hours away by car.

The complex is perfect for a family holiday, comprising 29 apartments spread over 5 floors. Facilities within the air-conditioned complex include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift in addition to a cafe, a bar, a restaurant and Internet access.There is a transfer service to the airport, which may be reached in 90 minutes.
