"One of the Best"
Where to start? I've been staying at this hotel since 1993. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Bogota, and that's considering that service overall is good anywhere in the city. I travel the world and I doubt there's another place where I feel so at home as here. These people will just try to help, assist and just make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as humanly possible. The cleaning lady arranges my toilettries on a small white towel! No matter what they make, they must be underpaid. Emotions aside, the hotel itself has large rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, well stocked minibar, etc. Another thing to consider is that this hotel has A/C. Yes, I know you probably think you don't need it in Bogota where it's cool at night. However, if you're in a hotel with no a/c you have to open the window and Bogota can be a very noisy city. My only wish is that the room would have a "desk" with a real office chair, for heavy duty work. I'm not too enthusiastic about paying extra for internet (I think it should be part of the room rate) but it works and they give you the option of wired or wifi depending on your room's location. I could go on... and maybe I shouldn't even have written this and kept this gem more to myself...

"Perfect for business"
If you are going to Bogota and plan to do business in this part of the city, this hotel is just fine. Rooms are big and the minibar one of the best ones I've ever seen.
