good i enjoyed my self
I have just come back from toronto,last night 10/10/09. i stayed at the bond place hotel,every thing was clean,and the people were very helpful, from house keeping,to the reception,the only thing that i did not like was a very rude member of staff,when i asked him for information.

Excellent Stay!
I had a great stay at the Bond Place hotel. I was there earlier during the year and there was construction and renovations going on. I didn't get to stay in the newer rooms. But this time i did get a chance. the new rooms are perfect. the standard rooms with one bed are a little smaller. But hey! Couldn't ask for more for the amount I was paying. And usually i have noticed, Room sizes are quite smaller specially when you are in downtown. Its the perfect room size for two. But then if you have a lot more people then the hotel does have bigger rooms. the newer room is more elegant and clean. The LCD Tv is awesome!..The location is so perfect that everything is just walking distance. I think for the price and location the hotel is perfect. The front desk staff said there is a lot more to come. Oh yes..one for thing, The hotel also has a new fitness room. The machines are all new..:)

It was acceptable
The hotel was clean and for the most part acceptable, However I found it concerning that a housekeeper tried to get into our room 5 minutes after I walked in and locked it. Also the price of 1 breakfast was 10.00 which I thought was overpriced for bacon eggs hashbrowns and toast. The service was rushed in the diningroom until he got paid then we never saw him again. next time I will eat elsewhere

Save your money
If you like sleeping on a sack of potatoes, or getting no sleep at all, this is the place for you. Do a little homework and you can find something in the neighborhood at a reasonable price with far better value. I've stayed at this hotel and have lived in Toronto, this is not where you want to be.

Perfect Location!
I stayed at the Bond place last week. The hotel was great and is currently going under complete renovation. The hotel is very convenient as it is located in the heart of city Downtown. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The rooms are great and clean. I am hoping to see a different new look to the hotel once the renovations complete.

this hotel is definatly worth its price, a little old but well located hotel. the price is not good for its quality but very good for location. like evrywhere else in toronto the customer service is second to none. very very helpfull customers. i was a bit dissapointed in the movie selection but otherwise, i very well recommed this hotel.

I had to spend one night here while waiting for a connecting train, but I didn't want to spend much since I was staying for so short. Rooms were decent sized and the staff was very much helpful. I hope to stay there for longer one day.

perfect location
I travelled to Canada for business and it was for a short time. So I tried to find a hotel with a good location. Bond Place Hotel is excellent from that point of view, close to the financial district and transportation facilites, right beside Dundas and the Eaton Centre, half a block to the subway. I didn't lose any time to go from one place to another. Rooms are clean and have every basic amenity to make you pleasent. Price is also good, so this hotel has everything to be chosen.

Excellent for Travelers
Bond Place does it right. It's no thrills, no frills, but that's not a negative comment on this hotel. It's clean and the staff is friendly and more than helpful. The morning of my check-out, they worked together to keep the airport express bus from leaving without me. They packed up the remains of my breakfast and sent me on my way. Great job. Recommend it for anyone/everyone. Great location.

"Very good value"
We've just returned from a 4 night stay at the Bond Place hotel and can say that we wil definately return. The Airport Express bus drops you right outside the hotel which is very convenient. Albeit the room was a touch on the small side, we didnt find it to be a problem (we had a triple room). The room was also very clean.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is a big plus. The Hard Rock Cafe, Eaton Centre & Dundas Square are a stone's throw away. Quite a few of the major attractions (CN Tower, Harbourfront, Chinatown) are walking distance. We didnt have breakfast included in the price, but there are some great cafes/ restuarants very close by. For what we paid and the convenience, I would definately stay there on my next trip to Toronto.

We stayed at this hotel on our first trip to Canada, the hotel was perfect, It was In the downtown area, clean, quiet, tea/coffee facilities In your room, very helpful staff, close to all amenities, the Etam Center, Toronto Is a most beautiful City with lots of people and no trouble, we would most definatly stay at the Bond Place Hotel again, we even left 2 sets of MP3 players In our apartment and once we got back to England, we e-mailed the hotel and yes they found them where we said and they mailed them back, how trusty Is that, nice friendly hotel for everyone...

great location
i stayed at this hotel from the period of 5th may till 12th may and found this hotel a very comfortable place to stay.hotel did offer a good service and good value for money. the location was great with only 2 mins from eaton centre and 10/15 mins from hockey hall of fame and cn tower n harbour front, i def recomend the shop, dine bus tour inwhich you pay one fee and you can hop on and off at which ever attraction you wish
