"110% Satisfied!! Service is priorty with Bradford."
I just returned from a week long stay at the Bradford Homesuites and I am delighted. I travel for a living so I stay in a lot of hotels, and the Bradford was the most well-kept establishment I have had the pleasure of visiting. The front desk staff is very friendly and they will do what it takes to ensure that you are completely happy. My room was very nice - cozy and roomy - and the beds were firm (not hard at all - comfortable with excellent back support). The soaps and shampoos were Bath and BodyWorks, which was a nice touch. I spent a lot of time at the pool which had plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and even a grill. The pool is surrounded with trees so there is shade if you want to back out of the sun. I have nothing negative to say at all. If I had to stretch and come up with something, it might be that the breakfast is unimaginative - a typical free continental breakfast. I highly recommend the Bradford Homesuites to anyone, and especially to those who prefer a larger room with the extra kitchen amenities. My 19 year old son was traveling with me and we had plenty of room.

"Great value for a great suite hotel"
I checked with Residence Inn, Springwood Suites and Homewood Suites before deciding on Bradford Homesuites, based on a (much-) cheaper rate as well as the TripAdvisor recommendations. We stayed at the Austin location from Aug. 19-27 at US$99/nt, with practically no complaints (on prior visits we generally stayed at the 4* downtown Hilton, but a new child is changing our lives in that and many other ways). The facilities were fine, not old as other reviewers have mentioned. Our one-bedroom deluxe suite was very clean and well-equipped, and the service we received from the staff was excellent. I liked that most guest services were fairly priced (free local calls and wired Internet access, cheap snacks and items from the Bradford Market ministore), although we found the breakfast rather sparse (basically we had instant oatmeal and hard-boiled eggs two days, and then decided to go up the street to the Whole Foods for a quick breakfast). The crib supplied by the hotel was small and made of metal, and our baby kept getting his leg caught between the bars, but it worked out ok. Curtains were awesome, allowing us to sleep in as they kept out all of the light. Although the hotel says that cleaning only takes place once or twice a week, we found our room tidied and the bed made every day of our stay, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is well located, practically on the corner of Capital of Texas Highway and MOPAC, allowing easy access to US183 as well. There are many stores located in the vicinity, as well as the Whole Foods mentioned above. The Arboretum mall is a couple of blocks away. We will definitely stay there again, as this was a very pleasant and economical surprise.

"Fabulous Hotel!"
After searching all the web sites and checking back here, all but this hotel seemed to have terrible reviews. We wanted a suite so my husband can stay up late and watch TV and I can go to bed earlier without the noise. Although that didn't actually happen, it could have. It was a very nice hotel, the staff were super friendly (especially Tyson!) and it was very clean. They even gave me directions when we couldn't find a particular restaurant on my own from my cell phone enroute. The bathroom & shower was clean, lots of hot water, and great water pressure. Loved having a fridge for our drinks and microwave including 1 free bag of popcorn. No bugs, no broken anything. It was close to the Arboretum which was nice.
