"A bit of luxury at a reasonable price."
We stayed in this hotel from the 10th to 13th April. It's a 5 star hotel, but we booked through Eurostar and got a really good deal. (Eurostar is also a much less stressful way to get there from London than flying.) My kids loved the hotel because they felt "posh" every time the entered the lobby and pretended we were rich (which we're not). We had two rooms adjacent - two adults in one, three children including a 19 year old in the other. Both rooms were large and had double sofa beds, which is how we accommodated three in the one room. The toilet was separate from the bathroom with included an overhead shower, a hand shower and bath plus double sinks. The rooms were very spacious, extremely clean and merited the five star rating. They included tea/coffee making facilities and a minibar ( which was very over-priced). We didn't include breakfast in our booking, and decided not to eat in the hotel as it was expensive (as you would expect). However, if you leave the hotel, turn left and walk down to the next junction (Stephanie) there is a great little cafe called Exki where a croissant and good coffee sets you back less than two euros, so no problem there. The location of the hotel is also really good and easy to get to by metro (Louise) from the Gare du Midi where the Eurostar arrives. The area is a very upmarket shopping street a bit like Bond Street/New Bond Street/Piccadilly in London, (Armani/Versace/Gucci/Vuitton etc.) so if you want to hammer your credit card this would be the place to do it, except that we didn't think Brussels was very cheap. We liked it though. Incredibly clean, but for real charm, go to Bruges for the day. 24 euros return by train for an adult, 12 euros for under 13s, free if under six. Absolutely stunning, even though we had to stand all the way there and back on the train (50 minute journey). And do take a boat trip in Bruges - makes the canals of Amsterdam look very average! All in all we really enjoyed our break and would definitely go back to Brussels, Bruges and the Bristol Stephanie.

"Brillianr resort loved it here!!!!"
Myself and two friends travelled to this hotel Jan 19th for two night, we had a triple room which i booked myself through octopus travel(although we did get cheaper rates as i work in a travel agency) When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a very polite gentleman who checked us in, our hotel room was gorgeous with two single bed and one double sofa bed, the bathroom was fantastic with double sinks and a huge mirror which was greatly appreciated by three 21year old girls, hotel unit was spotless and staff made us feel very welcome at all times even when we were arriving in the early hours from the bars in the area!!! Staff were friendly at all times although we didnt have much interaction with them, we kept ourselves to ourselves! Although breakfast was included in the price we paid we never actually made it down early enough due to our late nights but it did smell fantastic!! We loved this hotel so much we are planning on travelling back next weekend 27th April for three nights in a group of six and Im sure we won't be dissapointed with this fantastic hotel!!

"Enjoyed the Bristol Stephanie"
We stayed at the Bristol Stephanie for 2 nights in late April, and enjoyed the hotel very much. We had a large (executive) room overlooking Avenue Louise. It was quite spacious and comfortable, with lots of natural light , a couch and a large desk for those who can't leave work behind. We were part of a group of 38, and the hotel staff handled our arrival very well. The 2 elevators are tiny (4 adults will feel like they got to know each other well) so we had a glass of wine in the lobby bar while the others went to their rooms. It was quite pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was for the group in a private room, so I can't comment on the regular breakfast buffet. Our buffet was adequate, but the coffee was superb. The hotel is located in an area with lots of beautiful shops. So if this is what you want, it's a great location. It's not quite so convenient if you are more interested in cultural and historic sights. There are also a couple of nearby pedestrian-only streets lined with good restaurants. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

"Couldn't be better"
My wife and I spent 5 nights and wish it was more. We were given an upgraded room and we can't exaggerate on how much we enjoyed it. It was big, quiet, clean, attractive and comfortable. The staff couldn't have been more available or accommodating. The bar had just the right ambience. I'm looking forward for an excuse to be in Brussels again just so that we can stay there another time.
