"lovely polite staff" arrived at the hotel after a long flight, caught ther curtesy bus service with no problems. arrive to be greeted by a very friendly receptionist who upgraded us to a lovely superior room. the room was very clean and was of new standard. we were happy that we were given this room. the next morning we went to collect our car and found that it had a flat battery, the kind reception team offered us the use of a battery pack, unfortunatly this would not work on the car due to the size of the engine. we went back to reception to call the AA, but the receptionist said she might be able to help, she borrowed some jump leads of her colleague and used her car to jump start ours. Now that is what i call customer service! Could not fault this horel at all!!!!!
