LOCATION
The Golden Sands resort is situated in a conservation area, which is a designated Bulgarian National park. The beach strip is 3.5 km long and up to 100 metres wide.
The Briz Hotel is approximately 800 metres to the resort centre, where there are numerous restaurants, folk-style taverns, snack-bars and cafeterias scattered all over. Many aquatic sports can be practised in the area, and there is a yacht port with more than 100 docking places.
There is a public bus-stop right outside the hotel with a regular bus service to the city of Varna every 10-15 minutes. The wonderful sandy beach can be reached by stairs and is approximately 400 meters away from the hotel.
