"WONDERFUL"
Me and me wife stayed at the Brock Plaza in January of 2004. We loved our stay. Out room was clean with a GREAT view (see photo). The staff was friendly and willing to help in any way. We even got a free room upgrade. We enjoyed dinner both nights of our stay in the Rainbow Room with our package (if you are going to Niagara Falls, I would recommend a package that includes meals no matter where you would be staying). Another nice thing about this hotel is that it is directly connected to Casino Niagara so you can visit the casino without even having to set foot outside. The only negative thing I have to say about the Brock, is that the first night my wife ordered something off of the menu (not too sure what it was) and it was barely warm. The good this about this was that our waiter took car of the problem quickly and with a smile. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Niagara Falls Ontario.
