The apartment complex is located in the tourist centre of the town, approximately 2 km from the nearest beach. Shopping venues, restaurants, bars and pubs as well as links to the public transport network may all be found a mere 100 metres from the complex.

This complex was built in 1992, renovated in 2004 and consists of 124 rooms of which 86 are 2-storey apartments. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception and a safe for guests' valuables. In addition, the apartment complex offers guests use of a public Internet terminal and a bicycle storage facility.In the two bedroom bungalow the second bedroom has bunkbeds and there is no wardrobe.
