This attractive apartment complex is located at the heart of Sonnenland, above the link road between Puerto Rico and Playa del Ingles. An array of shops and entertainment attractions are located in the immediate vicinity. Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas with its wonderful beaches can easily be reached by making use of public transport, lying just 3 km away. There is a public bus stop to be found directly in front of the hotel (100 m away).

The building was built in 1986, completely renovated in the year 2000 ad comprises a total of 130 apartments. Facilities on the complex include a 24-hour reception desk, a small supermarket, a cosy bar, a restaurant, car parking facilities and playground.
