Hotel Information

All apartments are situated between about 200 m and 400 m from the sandy beach at Playa de Gandia are and 4km the town of Gandia. Valencia Airport is about 75 km away.

Guests will be allocated accommodation in Cancun, Rioja or Tropicana Park apartments. There is a garage available for those arriving by car (charges apply).The apartments have no reception area so guests are required to collect their keys at the pick-up point indicated on the voucher. A deposit of approximately 150 EUR will be required on arrival and refunded on departure after the apartment has been checked. During high season/bank holidays, the deposit will be from 300 to 600 EUR per apartment according to the owner's conditions. Guests under 30 years of age will be not permitted during the Easter period. All apartments are fully equipped with cooking utensils, bed linen and small towels.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
