"A "Princess" hotel..."
This hotel is amazing! The location was perfect; the rooms were immaculate and provide amenities above and beyond the average European hotel. The view is incredible!! They provide a large breakfast buffet and excellent service. This was my favorite part of our entire 10 day Italy adventure.

"Great hotel rate and view at the last minute"
My wife and I traveled to Capri for a day trip originaly. However, once we got to the island we were entranced by it's beauty and decided to see if we could get a hotel for a decent rate for 1 night. Fortunately we walked into the Capri 1st because it was right on the main road, and had rooms facing the coast. I asked the desk attendant what the cheapest rate they had, and he offered me a room with a partial view of the Ocean for 120 euro/night. We jumped on the offer since we were there during the high season(July/August). The room was simple and the TV was small, but we had a view of the ocean and the beds were comfortable. The only negative is that you have to give the front desk your key whenever you leave the hotel, and get it back from them when you want to go back to your room. For the cost and location though, it really was worth it. Overall, the hotel was a great bargain, and Capri was our favorite part of our honeymoon. If you can get a good rate, jump on it! I miss this place.

"Surprisingly Great"
The Hotel Capri was a reasonably priced ($170/night) find for my one night in Capri last month. It is a very short walk to the cable car, taxi/bus drop off and the main Piazzetta. The room was very clean with nice toilettries, had a beautiful balcony, and by far the best TV selection of any of the six hotels I stayed in during my two week Italy trip. Not that you need TV. The staff was very outgoing and helpful. I didnt notice an elevator, so it maybe a question to ask if you need one, and the breakfast was a little weak. Other than that, I thought the hotel exceeded expectations and would stay again.

"Great Hotel great location"
We stayed at this hotel Sept 23-25th 2005. This was a very wonderful hotel. It was located very close to the main square and the little bus depot that took you to Ana Capri and any where else on the Island. The staff was very polite and upgraded our room the second nite to a room with a beautiful view of the ocean. The room was huge it had two floors the first floor had a tv and pull out sofa and complete bathroom then stairs lead up to a room with a king bed and another full bathroom. We would definitely come back and stay here. Capri is a very beautiful Island.

"Fantastic Slice of the Italy!!"
My girlfriend and I travelled for 5 weeks through Italy and this was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in. They recently renovated it and it looks very classy now. It is a rather small hotel with only about 20-25 rooms but service is first class and at a very reasonable price for a nice hotel in this area. We had the most gorgeous view from our window of the entire island and the sea, it was absolutely breathtaking! It was also very close to the center of Capri where the shopping area and dinig areas are. Do not hesitate to book this hotel you won't regret it!
