"Love the location" Whenever I visit Antwerp, twice a year for a couple of nights, I stay in the Hotel Golden Tulip Carlton . The location is great, the rooms have all comfort one could ask for, the breakfast is OK and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

"Nice and central" The hotel is very nice and in a central location. Air condition. You can park the car around the hotel or in it's garage. Nice people in the reception and we also had a complimentary drink. Large room, well equipped, very clean, air conditioned.

"Marvellous value" We stayed here for a Saturday night in February 2006. Everything was superb for the price paid (an internet deal booked through hotel.com). The room itself was large, comfortable, clean and pleasant, with a nice view over the park. The area around the hotel felt safe and quiet, just off the City centre, with a police station just up the road adding to the feeling of safetly. Antwerpen's excellent market is just across the park, and from there you're right into the main centre of town. The diamond area is also nearby. Parking was extra and a little expensive at 17 euros, but the whole area around the hotel appeared to be ticketed street parking at higher rates than that. The garage itself was secure and located very close to the hotel. The biggest positive was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we dealt with was superb - the desk staff, barman, and in particular the head waiter in the restaurant. I believe residents have access to gym facilities in another hotel run by the same company next door. I've certianly paid a lot more for a lot less, and would stay here again without question.
