"It was a great weekend"
We were impressed by the cleanliness, the comfort and most of all by the friendliness of the staff. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every day which was well served by the friendly waiters. The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Our room was quiet. The hotel is centrally situated near to subway station which give quick access to the main Munich attractions.

"We can't wait to return"
This was our 3rd stay at the Hotel Carmen and we were thrilled, as always! The location is super, our room was large and clean, and the free internet acsess was a real bonus. The Breakfast Buffet offers much more than many hotels in Germany and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful and they welcomed us back with handshakes and smiles. Can't wait to return.

"Nice"
Hotel is about 5 stops from the city centre. Easy to find, and the directions that are provided makes it easy to find the Hotel. Staff are fantastic, and they know how to deliver excellent customer service. The breakfast suited me well, I only eat continental breakfast, so what was on offer was most suitable for me. However, if you wished a cooked breakfast was also provided. Our room was small, but clean. The only downside to our room, I'm sure it suffered from damp, but would add I was not in the main building and I'm sure the rest of the rooms were ok. We asked on our last day if we could keep our room a little bit longer as our flight wasn't until late afternoon, and was informed that we could keep the room until 15.00, at no extra charge. The guy that worked on reception at night, (sorry I didn't get your name) I asked him about a trip I wanted to do the next day. He give me the information that I required and then 5 minutes later came over to me with a print out of all the information. That is what I call excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would stay there again, but would ask not to be given a ground floor room. All in all, a great little hotel.

"Our room was comfortable"
Having stayed at this hotel for a week we highly recommend it. Our room was comfortable and efficiently cleaned daily. The owners were very friendly and helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. There was also an extensive buffet breakfast in a pleasant environment. Although not in the centre of Munich the hotel is near to good and reliable public transport connections which quickly take you to the old centre of Munich or other areas such as the Olympic Centre (where you can swim in the 1972 Olympics Pool ). Nearby is the Westpark with its wonderful garden walks and the large beer garden in, complete with deer. When we return to Munich we will definitely stay here again
