The buildings are situated at the west end of Sunny Beach resort settlement, on the road to St. Vlas, Elenite and Varna. Near to the polyclinic, the police precinct and Bank, the Aqua park, many restaurants and the supermarket.The distance from the beach line is 250- 300 meters.
500 km from the hotel guests will find the city centre with a selection of restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment options.
