The hotel is situated opposite the town hall in the centre of the municipality of Vilaflor, the highest village in Spain, which lies beside Teide national park. Additional facilities include medical attention and a variety of restaurants. The closest bus stop is only 200 metres away. It is around 30 minutes from the tourist zone of Playa de las Americas and 25 minutes from Tenerife South airport.

Renovated in 2005, this eco-hotel dates back to the 17th century and has a total of 6 rooms over 2 floors. Guests are offered a garden, a barbecue terrace, a foyer, a hotel safe, a lounge with a fireplace and a cloakroom. The hotel is ideally suited to those seeking a relaxing holiday. Additional facilities include a restaurant, a dining room, an Internet connection and a TV room (for an additional fee). Guests may also make use of the laundrette and laundry service (for an additional fee). A bicycle storage room and the children's playground also feature at this hotel.
