Cavalieri Hotel, an A' class hotel, enjoys an uninterrupted view of the sea and an unparalleled vista over the entire town, the fortress, ships far out at the sea and even the mountains of Albania.

Originally a 17th century nobleman's mansion belonging to the family of Count Flamburiari, the building was partly bombed during the second World War. The original walls and facade were kept when the Cavalieri was created in 1967.

The Cavalieri hotel, which has been completely renovated recently, it's open all year around and it consists of 5 single, 36 twin and 9 maisonette-style rooms.
LOCATION

Cavalieri Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling, lively town, where seven and eight storied Venetian houses circle a vast green esplanade. The hotel enjoys an uninterrupted view of the sea and an unparalleled vista over the entire town, the fortress, ships far out at the sea and even the mountains of Albania.
PROPERTY AMENITIES

* English style breakfast where guests may make their choice from a rich buffet. Continental breakfast can be served in the room.

* An exciting new addition is the Roof Terrace with its breathtaking panoramic views of Corfu and the surrounding area. On the Roof Terrace, every evening, light meals, snacks, drinks and fabulous ice creams are served.

* Public areas are beautifully decorated with fine imported fabrics, giving the impression of a sophisticated country home. A cosy bar is situated at the far corner of the drawing room under a imposing Venetian mirror.
ROOM AMENITIES

* The hotel accommodates 120 guests in double and single rooms. There are also a number of maisonette-type suites.

* Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with bright English Chintzes, traditional furniture, wall to wall carpets, remote control colour TV, individual air-conditiong and attractive prints on the walls.

* All bedrooms have modern bathrooms en-suite with every amenity, including hand showers, mini bar, hair dryers and even direct dial telephones in the bathrooms.

"a great location with a nice stroll to the centre of the old town "
Cavalieri Hotel is a great location with a nice stroll to the centre of the old town and close to the airport and within easy reach of the new port for the boats. It has amazing views from the terrace and we enjoyed the food on our last evening - although the menu is limited it was good quality. The room on the way out was fine - although the air con broke in the first night, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep but the hotel fixed it in the morning. The room on the way back had a better air con system and interesting split level with a 'lounge' area downstairs and double bed and bathroom upstairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cavalieri Hotel is an elegant hotel in a superb location with memorable roof top terrace where diners have a panoramic view of the sea and the major parts of the city. This should be photographed as part of the promotion. The web photo did not do justice to the property, my own photos were far superior !!! All in all a great hotel for a short break. Would return any time as it had the best location in Corfu Town.
