Whilst directly on the water`s edge overlooking picturesque Balluta Bay and the Mediterranean Sea beyond, the hotel is also located on the doorstep of the Portomaso Yacht Marina, 300 metres to the Paceville nightlife area, 400 metres to the closest Casino and 200 metres to Spinola Bay - the heart of St Julians.

The Restaurant with panoramic views of St Julians Bay serves buffet, cooked and enriched breakfast, lunches and dinners. In the summer months, `al fresco` dining as well as barbeques are organised on the sundeck.
The hotel has direct access to the sea, a good sized swimming pool as well as a large sundeck with sun beds, parasols, changing rooms, showers, and a children`s paddling pool. On the same sundeck there is an indoor swimming pool, complete with Jacuzzi, which is enclosed in a Solarium and heated between November and April. During the summer months the Solarium is opened up and the pool is used as a second swimming pool.
The hotel is air-conditioned and includes a panoramic reception, bar and comfortable lounge spaces as well as extensive patios overlooking the bay of St Julians. All the floors at the hotel are served by lifts. All the areas and facilities of the hotel, including the lifts have easy access for people with special needs.
