This hotel enjoys a central location opposite the northern train station, close to Parque del Oeste as well as close to the main roads and squares, such as Gran Via and Plaza Espana. The palace and the Teatro Real is within easy reach. An abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and cultural venues are located in the immediate vicinity.

The building includes a total of 399 guestrooms spread over 8 floors, of which 39 are singles and 360 doubles. Guests are offered a generous foyer with lifts, safes, a currency exchange and a reception which is manned around the clock. Additional facilities include a TV room, a hairdresser's salon, a cafe, a bar and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the Internet access. Guests may take advantage of the room and laundry services. The hotel also features a parking facilities.

Unsatisfied to say the least.
While the location of this hotel meets the needs of most travelers to Madrid the unfriendly staff and messy rooms do not. The staff of the Celuisma was composed only of the rudest and most inconsiderate people one could imagine. The rudeness was not some kind of language barrier, as I am nearly fluent in spanish. I witnessed an unsatisfied customer curse at an employee, which was rude to begin with, but what was worse was that the employee cursed right back at the customer, completely unprofessional. If there is any way for you to avoid this hotel, do so.
