"Beyond Expectations"
We really enjoyed this hotel. Although the construction site outside was big, it was hardly noticeable. We asked to be placed away from the construction and they gave us a great two storey room for the normal price. Meals were delicious with lots of variety especially after a hard day's skiing. The restaurant and cafe had great ambience with friendly and efficient waiters. Ski bus is right at the hotel and convenient (Like other hotels in the city, it takes 45 minutes to get to Axamer Lizum and even longer for Glungezer). One minor thing we didn't think the reception was as professional as it could have been. Don't expect to see uniformed receptionists like on the website they are really just college aged people. We definitely are planning to go back because it is a great deal. Bravo!

"Brilliant Location, Wonderful Staff, Superb Value for Money"
Wanted to let other visitors know what a joy it was to spend a week at this hotel. We booked a week half board for an amazing price and enjoyed a wonderful buffet breakfast and three course evening meal. There was always more than enought ot eat and the staff very helpfully supplemented my husband's basic german so we knew what to choose from the menu. We had been placed in a room at the back away from the building work which now looks almost finished so it was very quiet yet only a few minutes walk to the Old Town. We felt really well cared for and had no problems at all. We went to walk and found the whole area perfect either walking from the hotel or using the excellent public transport to get into the mountains. Definitely exceeded our expectations.
