"Excellent Value"
Have stayed at Centre Point Langsuan several times in 2002-2005. It's an apartment hotel with services - excellent for families, couples and friends who don't want or need all the amenties of a full service hotel in the 4-5 star range. Staff is friendly and efficient. In house restaurant is decent, if not particularly elegant - good western and oriental style breakfast (included); decent lunch and dinner. But, with so many excellent restaurants close by, its only neceaary if one is exhuasted. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable - I beleive all with kithcenette or full kitchen (we always got one). There are TVs in both the living room and bedroom (in the rooms with separate bedrooms) - good for those with different sleeping habits. FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET (at least back then it was free). There's a limited mini-market off the lobby and a nice little supermarket across the street (Villa Market). A good beauty parlor/stylist wih excellent traditional Thai massasge also off the lobby. Soi Langsuan is a fairly busy street in a commerical and high-rise residential district, close to US and other embassies. Hotel is about 4-5 blocks away from ChitLom (?) Skytrain station - a fairly easy walk, even in Bangkok's heat.. Central Department store and other shopping is also close. Only complaint I've ever had is that they blew our airport pick-up twice - an annoyance, but not a big problem in Bangkok. They made it up with a free transfer on the way out. We're living in Latin America now, but I'm planning on staying there again for an upcoming vacation. Hopefully, it's as good as I remember.

"What a genuine nice place."
I booked 10 nights here for a stay with my Thai girlfriend. I was collected from the airport and whisked to the hotel where i had a quick and painless check-in. The room (a one bedroom suite) was superbly equiped and finished. Everything was laid out for us and we really felt as though we were in a quality hotel rather than a serviced apartment. Room service is good and the restaurat is above average. There is a small pool on the 6th floor but we found it a little cold, but there is a weights room and sauna to keep us hot. A free tuk tuk takes you to the top of the street where you can get the skytrain. There is plenty of restaurants in the area, some with excellent reputations. Lumpini park is a 10 minute walk away and in a lovely place to just relax and sit or walk, or take a peddle boat out. Accross from the park in Limpini night market which is so big you cant see all the stalls in one night, and has an excellent restaurant inside. The hotel looked after us remarkably well and caters for a mix of tourists, businessmen, married and singles. I recommend this hotel any day against the likes of the very pricey JW Marriot or the Sheraton or such likes. I will return.

"Great serviced apartment"
On arrival the room was set if we where about to have a Kings banquet, a great first impression!!! Great serviced aparment, ideal for my family. Large spacious comfortable apartment (2 bedroom). Yes and they still offer free broadband. BTS station is only a short walk away, Centre Point now offers a took took service that drops you off at the station, also where Central Shopping Mall is located, a mall that you can happily spend hours in and very many Bahts in. The walk back to the hotel is very short with many restaurants on the way, this can often end a great day by popping in on the way back. Buffet breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice, from pancakes, fresh fruit, dim sum, cereal & juk (chinese porridge). The road where these apartments are located has a wide varity of street vendors offering very cheap snacks, these must be tried but watch out the dips are very hot but amazing. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and attentive, the only problem we had was poor AC in one of the bedrooms, fixed within 20mins and a full engineers report left, to make aure that it was fixed to my satisfaction. Our room was on the 18th floor and offered great views over the city, I would definitely stay here again. Ideal for our 3 day stop in Bangkok.
