LOCATION

Charles Bridge B&B is located in Mala Strana (Lesser Town), one of the oldest districts of Prague. The hotel is close to Lesser Town Bridge Towers which stand on the west end of the Charles Bridge and were constructed in the 12th and 15th centuries. The Charles Bridge is one of the most attractive tourist sights in Prague. The construction of the bridge started in 1357 and completed in the 15th century. The 516 metres long bridge features 30 statues and it connects Mala Strana to the Old Town.

Mala Strana was founded in 1257 as a market settlement and the magnificent churches and palaces were built in the 17th and 18th centuries. The town center is called Malastranske Namesti and there are numerous boutique shops, churches, traditional Czech pubs and restaurants in the area.

Just 500 metres away from Charles Bridge B&B is the Prague Castle, the largest medieval castle complex in Europe. The castle complex includes various tourist attractions such as St. Vitus Cathedral, palaces, towers, art galleries, gardens and a museum.
