"Highly Recommended"
We stayed at this hotel in March of 2007 and we would recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Mont Temblant. The service was stellar, the rooms were warm and cozy and the hotel was neat and clean. Not having been to Mont Tremblant before, we were a bit nervous about not staying at one of the "village" hotels. This turned out to be a non-issue as the hotel provided excellent shuttle service to and from the mountain (5 minute ride). They had a schedule, but in reality, anytime that you needed to go to the mountain, or needed to be picked up, all you needed to do was call. The hotel also provided ski storage and loaded your gear for you every morning and stowed it at night. The restaurant at the hotel was very good as well, but the area is surrounded by some really great places and we really enjoyed the food (Dinner for my wife and two kids with fine wine ran about US$ 250/night, although less expensive options were certainly available). We would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend it to any of our friends who were going to this area.

"Beautiful Beauvallon"
We booked 3 nights during March Break (Ontario). These were lovely accommodations. Everyone was very pleasant; check-in was quick; we were greeted by David who brought our luggage to a gorgeous suite. There’s plenty of space in the 1-bedroom for a family of 4. Murphy bed was large enough for both of our young sons but the sofabed pulls out as well. There is a bathroom with shower/bathtub off of the bedroom and another bathroom with just shower off main living area. 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs came in very handy. Since our older son had come down with a nasty cold, we decided not to go skiing the first full day. I took our younger son into Tremblant Village where we had to make stops at Place Bonbon (don’t bring your backpack in – I learned that it’s not just because they don’t want shoplifters; it’s a tight squeeze and if you brush past, say, a bucket of lollipops, they might end up spilling to the floor. Not that I know from personal experience or anything. Bonbon Lady was not impressed!) We rode the free ‘skyway’ to the base of the hill and back down again at least a half dozen times, as this amuses a 9 year old to no end, and of course bought fudge at Le Chocolatier. There were numerous overpriced restaurants from which to choose, but with a sick child we dined in, getting take-out one night from St. Jovite and ordering pizza (flyer from the front desk) the second night. The kitchenette was perfect and a godsend given our circumstances. The fridge held quite a bit of food. Chateau Beauvallon is really close to Mont Tremblant (>5 min. drive) and with their shuttle service you can’t lose. You can compare it to the ‘ski in and out’ of the Fairmont if you have an extra 400 bucks per night kicking around to make that convenient. I have kids too and they’re perfectly able to kick off their skis at the end of the day to return to the hotel, just minutes up the road. But that’s just my opinion. The pool is small, but the kids enjoyed it quite well and the hot tub was steps outside our ground floor room so we could access it from our room or from the fitness centre of the hotel, where they provide towels and slippers. The restaurant was undergoing some repairs after a leak that occurred shortly before our stay, so it was closed. They were still providing the continental breakfast and after ski refreshments. On our second full day we decided to check out because our son was getting a fever and it was certain he would not be better in time to have much fun. The staff were sympathetic and understanding. We will definitely try to come back with healthy kids!!

"Best ever holiday"
We've enjoyed one of our best ever holidays at the Chateau Beauvallon on March 17th for 1 week. It was our first visit to Canada. This hotel was fabulous. The staff were delightful, special credit has to go to all the reception staff,Cory and Pablo for their kind hospitality and friendliness towards us.Pablo was our main driver of the courtesy shuttle and was always ready to give you a ride anytime, giving his excellent knowledge on Mont Tremblant during the short trip. Cory was just great! He would go out of his way to make your stay extra special and was lovely to talk to. The room itself was fantastic, very modern & clean. The bed was just so comfortable and plenty of room for myself, wife and our son Josh age 3. We loved the hot tub outside, it was just like a hot bath (very relaxing) this being open until 11pm. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to water damage, but we enjoyed a lovely meal at the hotel as it re-opened on the last night of our holiday. We do recommend the following places to eat out, that we enjoyed, Cayenne Grill (Old Village), Casey's (Pedestrian Village) and St Huberts located in Saint Jovite. The restaurants in Saint Jovite were noticeably cheaper than in Mont Tremblant. village with our bill being as much as half price for a similar meal and drinks. We definately made the most of our holiday by booking activities which included Dodsledding, Snowmobiling, a Helicopter ride and Tubing. All activities were amazing experiences that we thoroughly enjoyed and would definately recommend. The Chateau Beauvallon is fabulous. We couldn't think of a nicer place to have spent our first holiday to Canada. It is thanks to Trip Advisor also that we chose this hotel because of all the excellent comments we read. We loved our holiday so much and will definately choose the Chateau Beauvallon as our hotel on our next visit to Canada, next year hopefully. Missing it already and can't wait to go back.
